Case 1 — Middle East Villa: Nine Categories, One Schedule
A design firm buying for a villa owner wanted one supplier for the house instead of nine — one lead time, one packing list, one party to call.

The villa ran on one production schedule, so cabinet work started while stone was still being cut. Wet zones were specified in moisture-resistant plywood from the start — retrofitting that later is not possible. The marble wall was book-matched at the factory, with photos approved before packing.

Case 2 — European Apartment Renovation: Phased, Unit by Unit
A contractor refurbishing a period building had the opposite problem: repetition, not variety. Every apartment differed slightly, and the site released floors one at a time.

Two things made phased delivery work. Cartons were labelled by unit, room and position, so fitters could work one floor without opening another’s cartons. And period openings are never standard, so each door was measured and numbered to its own opening.
Fire-rated door requirements were confirmed by the buyer’s advisor before production, on the specifications and drawings we supplied.
Case 3 — Hotel Fit-Out: Specifications That Survive Daily Use
A hotel developer needed guest-room packages that would still look the same after three years of guests. That changes the material list long before the price.

Three points were agreed before production. Colour batches were controlled across the whole run, so upper floors matched lower ones. Spares — doors, drawer fronts, hinges — went in the first delivery, because later replacements never match the original batch.
Lighting was specified for the hotel’s control system and voltage, with dimming tested at the factory.

The Evidence File That Ships With Every Project
Every order produces the same five records, whatever the category:

Third-party inspection through SGS, BV or TÜV can be added — tell your coordinator early; it changes the loading schedule.
What These Projects Got Wrong
- Installation is not included unless agreed separately. We supply, pack and ship; your local team installs from our drawings, with remote support.
- Colour is confirmed against a physical sample. Screens show finishes differently, so images are not the basis for final acceptance. Where a finish must match something on site, ask for a sample box before production.
- Late site measurements delay everything. Doors, wardrobes and vanities cannot go into production until opening sizes are confirmed.
- Local regulations need a local signature. Fire ratings, water regulations and electrical approvals differ by market. We supply the technical files; your architect or installer confirms them.

Do you work from our architect’s drawings and BOQ?
Send DWG, PDF or a marked-up plan, and we return shop drawings with an itemised quotation. Where drawings are incomplete, our designers fill the gaps.
Can I see the evidence file from a project like mine?
Yes — drawings, packing lists and loading photos from comparable projects, with client details removed. Ask for the file closest to your project type.
Do you install the products on site?
No. Installation is not included unless separately agreed. We supply numbered drawings and remote support while your team fits the order.
How do you keep finishes consistent across categories?
Samples are approved before production, and colour batches are controlled across the run. Where a finish must match something already installed, send a physical sample first.
Can shipments be phased to follow our site programme?
Yes. Apartment and hotel projects are released in phases, with packing lists numbered by floor, unit and room. Agree it before the first order is released.
How is a multi-category project priced?
One itemised quotation rather than a lump sum — each category priced separately. Final pricing depends on quantities, materials, hardware, finish level and the container loading plan.
Are certificates available?
Certificates are shared on request per category — CE, ISO 9001, cUPC, WRAS and SASO among them. Tell your coordinator which market you are importing into, and we confirm what applies before you order.
