Before you send a floor plan
Most buyers meet their supplier through a quotation. By then the factory has already decided what it can and cannot do, and you find out weeks later.
This page runs the other way round. Here is who George Group Home is, where we manufacture, who you will actually talk to, and the two things we cannot promise.
Send your floor plan or BOQ on WhatsApp (+86 133 0284 3989) — a coordinator replies within one working day.

- Factory: 100,000 m² of our own production halls.
- Showroom: 30,000 m², in Foshan.
- Experience: 20 years’ industry experience, 10,000+ projects delivered, 50+ countries served.
- Range: nine categories, one quotation.

How the range grew
| Year | What changed |
|---|---|
| 2006 | George Group founded in Foshan; the first export orders were kitchen cabinets |
| 2010 | Range extended to wardrobes, doors, flooring, tiles and sanitary ware |
| 2015 | 30,000 m² showroom opened beside the production halls |
| Today | Nine categories, 10,000+ projects delivered, 50+ countries served |
The categories were not added to look bigger. They were added because buyers kept asking the same question: can you supply the rest of the house on the same shipment?
A villa order used to mean six suppliers, six lead times and six arguments about who was responsible. Now it runs on one production schedule and one packing list.
What is made where

Everything we sell is manufactured or sourced around our own factory in Foshan. Cabinets, wardrobes and doors are cut and finished on our lines; stone is cut, polished and book-matched on site; lighting and sanitary ware come from long-standing partner factories in the same city.
The 30,000 m² showroom holds full-size displays across the nine categories. That matters more than it sounds. Your designer can walk from the showroom floor to the production line and check whether a detail is genuinely buildable at the price quoted, instead of guessing.
Ask for photos or a video call of the line making your product — WhatsApp (+86 133 0284 3989). A coordinator replies within one working day.
Who answers your messages

Your single point of contact is a coordinator who stays with the order from the first drawing to after-sales. For most English-speaking buyers, that person is Ivana, our senior sales director. She worked in the UK for five years, so British specifications, site habits and delivery expectations are not a translation exercise for her.
Behind her: in-house designers, QC inspectors who photograph every stage, a packing team that labels cartons by room and unit, and an export documentation desk. All of them sit in Foshan, in the same building as production.
You can message Ivana directly. There is no account-manager chain and no ticket queue.
Four languages, one set of numbers
This website is published in English, Spanish, Arabic and Russian. Enquiries in any of the four reach the same team, and the specifications, quantities and prices behind them are the same document.
Buyers in the Middle East, Europe, Africa, Southeast Asia and the Americas work with that same team, and shipments from Foshan go to all of them.
How a project runs
- Share your brief — floor plan, BOQ, site photos, or a handwritten room list.
- Design & quotation — space planning, 3D references, physical samples, and an itemised price per category. The design fee is quoted up front and credited back in full when your order reaches twenty times that fee.
- Approve the details — dimensions, materials, finishes and hardware signed off against your drawings and physical samples. Nothing enters production on an assumption.
- Production & QC — photo and video records at each stage, then a pre-shipment inspection before anything is packed.
- Packing & shipping — cartons labelled by room and unit, a packing list, container loading photos, and export documents.
- Delivery & support — arrival paperwork, installation drawings for your local team, and after-sales coordination.
What we are honest about
Two limits, stated before you order rather than after:
- Installation is not included unless we agree it separately. We supply, pack and ship; your local team installs, working from our drawings with remote support from us.
- Screens change colour. Product photographs are for reference, not for final acceptance — approval is against the physical sample. If a finish has to match something already on site, ask for a sample box before production starts.
Certificates, category by category
Certification here is not a logo wall. Approvals differ by product and by market, and the paperwork that satisfies a UK water authority is not the paperwork that clears a project in Saudi Arabia.
Tell your coordinator which market you are importing into. We will confirm what applies to those specific items before you order — CE, ISO 9001, cUPC, WRAS and SASO among them — and certificates are shared on request per category.
Frequently asked questions
Can I visit the factory and showroom before I order?
Yes, and we encourage it for first orders. Visits run by appointment so the right people are on site — usually Ivana plus the designer for your product category. Send your travel window and we will arrange the factory walk, the showroom and a sampling session.
How do I check quality from another country?
You never have to take our word for it. Every order builds a file: approved shop drawings, in-production photos and videos, a pre-shipment inspection report, and container loading photos. Third-party inspection through SGS, BV or TÜV can be arranged if your project requires it.
Do you have a minimum order?
Mixed-container loading is how smaller orders stay viable. One container can carry several categories — a kitchen, doors, stone and lighting together, for example — so you are not forced to buy a full container of a single product. Share your list and the coordinator will confirm what fits.
Can I start with one category?
Yes. Plenty of projects begin with a single kitchen or a stone order. Once you have seen the drawing set, the quality records and the packing list, adding categories is a normal next step. The whole-home model is an option here, not a condition.
What if I do not have drawings yet?
That is a common starting point. A measured sketch, site photos and a rough room list are enough to begin. The design team will tell you if professional measuring is needed before production.
How quickly will you reply?
A coordinator replies within one working day. WhatsApp is the fastest route — +86 133 0284 3989 — or use the UK line on +44 7719 795480 if you prefer a British number.
Who handles problems after the container arrives?
The same coordinator you started with. Send photos of the issue together with the carton label and packing list number. The team checks it against the production and loading records, then comes back with a resolution. Claims are easier to settle when the evidence chain already exists.
Talk to us about your project
Send a floor plan, a BOQ or a list of rooms. You will get design references, an itemised quotation by category, and one named coordinator who stays with the order until it arrives on site.
