Bathroom products from China: the questions that decide the order
Most bathroom enquiries come down to three questions. Will the vanity suit the wall and the plumbing positions? Will the toilets and taps satisfy the rules in my market? And can I buy for one villa or one floor without paying for a container that is mostly air?
We make and source complete bathrooms — vanities, basins, toilets, tubs, showers, brassware and mirrors. Vanity joinery is produced in our own 100,000 m² factory in Foshan, alongside our kitchen and wardrobe ranges, so finishes can be matched across the house and everything leaves in one consignment.

What we make
- Vanity units — wall-hung or floor-standing, single or double basin, in moisture-resistant board or marine-grade plywood.
- Countertops and basins — quartz, sintered stone or marble tops with undermount, inset or vessel basins in ceramic or stone.
- Toilets — one-piece, close-coupled and wall-hung, with dual-flush 3L/6L or 4.5L/9L cisterns and soft-close seats.
- Bathtubs — freestanding, drop-in or built-in, in acrylic, solid surface or stone.
- Showers — rain heads, hand showers, thermostatic mixers, trays and wet-room formers.
- Brassware — basin, bath and shower mixers in chrome, brushed, matt black or gunmetal, with low-lead brass bodies (Pb ≤ 0.25%).
- Mirrors and accessories — illuminated or plain mirrors, towel rails and fittings in the same finish family as the mixers.
Ceramics are vitreous china and brassware runs ceramic cartridges. Dual-flush cisterns and low-flow aerator options appear on the quotation where your market expects them, and every mixer body is low-lead brass (Pb ≤ 0.25%).
Vanity fronts carry more of the price and the after-sales risk than anything else in the room:
| Vanity front | Look and build | Best for | Humidity and wear | Relative cost |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Melamine-faced board | Flat matt colour or grain, sealed edges | Rental apartments, distributor stock, guest WCs | Copes with daily splashes while edges stay sealed | $ |
| PET film | High-gloss or soft-matt, wipe-clean | Apartment projects, humid coastal climates | Most moisture-tolerant board front; doors are replaced, not repaired | $$ |
| Lacquer | Painted matt or gloss, matched to your colour reference | Villas, hotel bathrooms, feature rooms | Repairable; sealed edges essential in a wet room | $$$ |
| Wood veneer | Real grain, book-matched drawer fronts | Designer-led villas and suites | Needs stable humidity; dents rather than scratches | $$$ |
| Stone or solid surface | Front and top in one material, no visible joints | Prestige villas, hospitality projects | Most water-tolerant, and the heaviest | $$$$ |
Soft-close hinges and drawer runners are standard, with upgrades quoted per drawer and per door. Every vanity is drilled for the tap and basin set on your drawing, not a catalogue default.

Two details decide how a bathroom works, and both belong on the drawing: the pipe boxing behind the vanity, and the door swing in front of it. If a hinged door fouls the basin, we say so before cutting — not after the container lands.
How to choose
Villa or private residence
Villa bathrooms are finished like living rooms — freestanding tub, full stone top, matt black brassware. Order with the kitchen, wardrobes and stone so finishes and stone batches match house-wide.
Apartment or multi-unit development
Repeatability beats showroom impact. Standardise one or two specifications and keep the internal layout identical. Cartons are labelled by unit and room, so fitters work floor by floor.
Hotel and serviced apartments
Hotel bathrooms take careless, heavy use. Specify rimless pans that clean quickly, solid soft-close hardware, and mixers built for daily housekeeping. We keep the approved specification on file, so a later phase matches the first order.
Distributor and dealer stock
Start with one mixed container: a small ladder of vanity sizes, two or three brassware finishes, one or two WC types and the accessories that sell with them. Vanities ship knocked down, so stock costs you less container space.

Price ranges
We do not publish a fixed price list. Bathrooms are quoted item by item from your schedule, because the same sized vanity lands in two price tiers depending on its front, its top and its hardware.
| Tier | Typical specification | Typical projects | Relative cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| Entry | Melamine vanities, standard ceramic WCs and basins, chrome mixers | Rental apartments, guest WCs, distributor stock | $ |
| Mid | PET or painted fronts, quartz top, wall-hung WCs, thermostatic showers | Apartment projects, hotels | $$ |
| High | Lacquer or veneer fronts, full stone tops, freestanding tubs, wall-mounted brassware | Luxury villas, hotel suites, designer bathrooms | $$$ |
| Bespoke | Book-matched stone, custom moulds, OEM branding, certified components | Prestige projects, private-label ranges | $$$$ |
Five factors move the number more than anything else:
- The vanity. Front material, top material and drawer internals are usually the largest line.
- The ceramics. Wall-hung toilets cost more than close-coupled ones; rimless pans and glaze quality add further cost.
- The brassware. A concealed wall-mounted set with a thermostatic valve carries more cost than a deck-mounted mixer.
- Compliance. Products built and tested for cUPC or WRAS markets carry testing and documentation costs.
- The order. A full container costs less per unit than a part load, and OEM branding or custom colours show on the final figure.
Freight, duty and local delivery are quoted separately against your Incoterm, so you can compare our price with your current supplier line by line.
MOQ and mixed-container loading
There is no blanket minimum order. A single vanity shipped alone is rarely worth the freight — and perfectly reasonable alongside other goods.
Bathrooms load well in a mixed container: vanities and mirrors take volume, ceramics take weight:
- Mixed with the rest of the project. Vanities, WCs, taps and showers travel with kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, doors, tiles, stone and lighting in one loading.
- Whole-bathroom packages. One supplier, one quality file, every item in the room.
- Packed by room and unit. Carton numbers by room, unit and item, with a packing list for phased handover.
- Protective packing. Ceramics crated, glass and mirror edges protected.
Tell your coordinator your import market and we will share the certificates available for your order before you buy.

Quality control: the evidence chain
You are buying bathroom products you cannot inspect before they land, so the documentation is part of the product.
- Shop drawings confirmed. Every dimension, front material, top, tap position and finish signed off before the factory cuts anything.
- In-production photos and video. Panel cutting, edge sealing, spraying, ceramic inspection and vanity trial assembly recorded while the order is on the line.
- Pre-shipment inspection. Dimensions checked against the signed drawings, doors and drawers operated, hardware counted against the packing list, flush and seal checks on sanitary ware.
- Packing list numbered by room and unit. Cartons labelled by room, unit and item, with an installation sequence.
- Container loading photos. You see the container being filled, so you know what left Foshan.
Third-party inspection arranged in your name can be supported, and our 30,000 m² showroom in Foshan is open by appointment.
The design fee, and how you get it back
Design work is quoted up front as a transparent fee you approve before anything starts. When your order value reaches twenty times that fee, the full design fee is credited back against your invoice — applied automatically, without a separate request. A bathroom order rarely reaches that threshold alone, which is why most clients order it with the kitchen, wardrobes and stone.
How an order runs
Share Your Brief → Design & Quotation → Approve the Details → Production & QC → Packing & Shipping → Delivery & Support. You approve each stage before the next one begins.
Lead time and shipping
Dates are scheduled backwards from your required shipping date, not forwards from our convenience.
- Design and approval. Drawings and samples come first; nothing is manufactured until you approve both.
- Production. Standard items usually take 30–45 days. Custom colours, OEM branding or certified products may need 45–60 days.
- Shipping. FOB, CIF or door-to-door, quoted per project. Mixed containers are loaded in Foshan.
- On arrival. Export documents, the room-numbered packing list, and support for shortages or transit damage.
For apartment and hotel projects, deliveries can be phased per floor or per building.
Two things we are honest about
- Installation is not included unless separately agreed. We supply, protect and ship; your local plumber or fitter installs, using our drawings and support.
- Colour and finish are approved against physical samples, not screens. Product images, including the ones on this page, are not the basis for final acceptance.
FAQ
Do you make vanities to my exact wall width?
Yes — that is the point of buying from a factory rather than a showroom. Send a measured plan, CAD files or a clear sketch with photos, and we return a layout against your real wall, pipe boxing and door swing.
What is the minimum order for bathroom products?
There is no fixed minimum per item, but a single vanity or WC shipped alone is rarely worth the freight. Most clients combine bathroom products with other categories in a mixed container.
Can you supply products certified for my market?
cUPC, WRAS, CE and SASO options are available across parts of the range, and certificates are shared on request per category. Tell your coordinator your market at the brief stage and we confirm which items can carry which documents.
How do I check quality before the container ships?
Signed shop drawings, in-production photos and video, pre-shipment inspection, a room- and unit-numbered packing list, and container loading photos. Third-party inspection in your name can also be supported.
How do I approve colours and finishes without visiting?
We courier physical samples: vanity fronts, countertop pieces, brassware swatches and ceramic chips. The approved sample becomes the order reference and is checked against finished goods before packing.
Can you produce under our own brand?
Yes. Cartons, instruction sheets, mirror labels and packing documents can carry your branding, and colour ranges can be matched to your references for distributor programmes.
Who handles my enquiry?
Ivana, our senior sales director, works directly with overseas buyers and spent five years in the UK. Reach her on WhatsApp or email and deal with the same person from brief to delivery.
Send us your bathroom schedule
Tell us what you are fitting out and where. A floor plan, a schedule of units, or a photo with rough dimensions is enough to start.
What comes back: a layout proposal, a material recommendation for your market, an itemised quotation, and a design-fee figure you approve before any work begins.
