What we make
Four product families:
- Fitted wardrobes — hinged, sliding or bi-fold doors, built wall to wall and scribed to your ceiling and skirting.
- Walk-in closets — open or half-enclosed systems mixing rails, drawers, glass panels and island units.
- Reach-in and coat closets — the shorter runs: hallways, guest rooms, apartment bedrooms.
- Interior systems only — if you have a local joiner for carcasses, we supply rails, drawers, shelving, LED and door faces.
Carcasses come in plywood, moisture-resistant MDF or solid wood. Door faces come in six systems, and that one choice moves both the price and the after-sales risk more than anything else on the drawing.

In hot, humid markets, PET and aluminium-frame doors hold their shape better than painted solid wood — and we will say so plainly, even when the cheaper option is the one we recommend.

How to choose
Villa and private residence
Villas justify door faces that projects do not: lacquer, veneer or solid wood, full height to the ceiling, with internal lighting and perhaps a dressing-room island. The real constraint is usually delivery and assembly, not budget.
Apartment development
For repeated units, standardise the interior and vary only the door face. Identical carcasses across a floor keep installation predictable, and unit-by-unit labelling lets your team install building by building.
Hotel and serviced apartments
Hotel wardrobes take careless, heavy use: specify solid soft-close hinges, PET or aluminium-frame doors, and locking where needed. We build shelf and rail loads with margin and choose handles that will not catch sleeves.
Distributors and dealers
Start with one mixed container across two or three door faces and the fittings most common in your market. Flat-packed wardrobes take far less volume than assembled boxes, so your stock fits inside a container you were loading anyway. Branding on labels and packing documents is available.
What drives the price
We do not publish a fixed price list. Wardrobes are quoted per unit from your measured schedule, because the same run of storage lands in two price tiers depending on the door face and the interior.

Five factors move the number more than anything else:
- Door face system. Usually the largest line in the quotation. Melamine film costs a fraction of lacquer or veneer over the same carcass.
- Carcass board. Plywood costs more than faced board and behaves better in damp rooms; your market’s board class also affects supply.
- Hardware. Standard soft-close against a Blum or Hettich upgrade, and hinged against sliding with its track and runners.
- Geometry. Square, straight runs are cheapest to make. Sloped ceilings, curved walls, out-of-square corners and scribing to skirting add hand work.
- Container use. Flat-packed panels filling a full container cost less per unit than a part load.

MOQ and mixed-container loading
There is no blanket minimum order. What exists is a practical one: a single wardrobe is uneconomical to ship alone, and perfectly reasonable alongside other goods.
Wardrobes are bulky and light — they fill container volume long before they reach its weight limit, which is why they suit mixed loading:
- Flat-packed by default. Panels, doors, hardware and fixings ship flat, with labelled cartons and assembly instructions.
- Mixed with the rest of the project. Wardrobes travel with kitchen cabinets, doors, tiles, stone, lighting and furniture in one planned loading.
- Packed by room and unit. Each carton is numbered by room, wall and cabinet, with a packing list and an installation sequence — which matters most on phased apartment and hotel jobs.
- Protective packing. Corners, door faces and glass get edge protection and separation.
For developers working across several properties, one container can cover multiple units with everything labelled by unit number.
Certificates are shared on request per category. Which ones apply depends on the panels, hardware and glass in your order — tell your coordinator your destination market.

Quality control: the evidence chain
You are buying storage you cannot inspect before it lands, so documentation is part of the product.
- Shop drawings confirmed. Every dimension, door face, fitting and finish signed off against your plan or samples before the factory cuts anything.
- In-production photos and video. Panel cutting, edge banding, door finishing, hardware fitting and a trial assembly, recorded while the order is on the line.
- Pre-shipment inspection. Dimensions checked against the signed drawings, doors aligned and operated, drawers and runners run through, hardware counted against the packing list.
- Packing list numbered by room and unit. Each carton labelled by room, wall, cabinet number and installation sequence.
- Container loading photos. You see the container being filled, so you know what left Foshan.
The design fee, and how you get it back
The design stage is quoted up front as a transparent fee you approve in advance. When your order value reaches twenty times that fee, the full design fee is credited back against your invoice — applied automatically, without a separate request.

Lead time and shipping
Orders are scheduled backwards from your required shipping date, not forwards from our convenience.
- Design and approval. Space planning and 3D references come first; nothing is manufactured until you approve the drawings and the physical sample.
- Production. Melamine and PET runs are fastest; lacquered, veneered and solid-wood doors need longer finishing and drying. For a whole-home order across categories, plan 35–55 days to loading — your coordinator confirms dates before you pay a deposit.
- Shipping. FOB, CIF or door-to-door, quoted per project. Mixed containers are loaded in Foshan.
- On arrival. Export documents, the room-numbered packing list, and support for shortages or transit damage.
Two things we are honest about
- Installation is not included unless separately agreed. We supply, protect and ship; your local joiner or fitter assembles and installs, using our drawings, instructions and support.
- Colour and finish are approved against physical samples, not screens. Product images, including those on this page, are not the basis for final acceptance. We courier sample panels and finish swatches before production.
FAQ
Do you make wardrobes to exact room sizes?
Yes — that is the point of buying from a factory rather than a showroom. Send a measured plan, CAD files, or a clear hand sketch with photos, and the design team returns a layout and quotation against your real dimensions, sloped ceilings and out-of-square corners included.
What is the minimum order for wardrobes?
There is no fixed minimum per wardrobe, but a single unit shipped alone is rarely worth the freight. Most clients combine wardrobes with other categories in a mixed container, and that is where the economics work.
How much does a fitted wardrobe cost?
It is quoted per unit, because the door face and interior fittings change the price more than the size does. We mark relative cost tiers rather than publish a fixed list: melamine and PET at the lower end, lacquer in the middle, veneer and solid wood at the top. Send your schedule for a line-by-line number.
Hinged or sliding doors — which should I choose?
Hinged doors give you the full opening and cost less per door. Sliding doors win where there is no swing space: a walkway, the foot of a bed, a narrow dressing room. Sliding needs a clean top track or floor roller detail, confirmed on the drawing before production.
Can I check quality without visiting Foshan?
Yes. The evidence chain above is the standard route — signed drawings, in-production photos and video, pre-shipment inspection, a room-numbered packing list and container loading photos. Third-party inspections arranged in your name can also be supported. And if you do want to come, our 30,000 m² showroom in Foshan is open by appointment.
Which certifications apply to wardrobes?
It depends on the panels, hardware and glass in your order — certification is category-specific, and certificates are shared on request per category. Tell your coordinator which market you import into and we will send the certificates available for your order.
Can wardrobes ship together with my kitchen, doors and tiles?
Yes — that is the normal way we ship. Wardrobes are bulky and light, so they are loaded alongside the heavier categories to make one container work harder: flat-packed, protected and labelled by room or unit.
