We manufacture and source the nine categories a whole home needs — kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, doors and windows, stone and marble, tiles and flooring, bathrooms, lighting, furniture and soft furnishing — from our own 100,000 m² factory in Foshan, China, and ship them to you as one planned consignment.

The design fee is on us when you order
Every project starts with design: space planning, 3D references and material selection against your drawings. We charge a transparent design fee for this work — and when your order reaches twenty times that fee, the full amount is credited back against your invoice.
You get professional drawings before you commit to production, and the design costs you nothing when the order lands.
What “one shipment” actually means
Different categories have different production cycles — cabinets take weeks, stone takes days, furniture somewhere between. Left alone, they finish at different times and sit in different warehouses.
We plan them together:
- One production schedule — every category starts and finishes against the same shipping date.
- One quality file — shop drawings, in-production photos and pre-shipment checks for every category, collected in one place you can review remotely.
- One container plan — mixed-container loading with protective packing, so even a low-MOQ order across six categories ships economically.
This is how a villa owner in Dubai or a contractor in Manchester can buy a whole house from Foshan without flying here.
How you check quality without a flight
You should not have to trust a supplier you have never met. So we built the process around evidence:
- Before production — dimensions, materials, finishes and fittings are agreed against your drawings and physical samples. Nothing is manufactured on assumptions.
- During production — photo and video records at raw-material, production and pre-assembly stages.
- Before shipping — pre-shipment inspection with a room-by-room packing list, then container loading photos so you can see exactly what left the factory.
If you prefer third-party verification, we work with SGS, BV and TÜV inspections arranged by you. And if you do want to come, our 30,000 m² showroom in Foshan is open by appointment — we will help with the schedule.
What we are honest about
Two things buyers deserve to know up front:
- Installation is not included unless separately agreed. We supply, pack and ship; your local team installs, with our drawings and support.
- Screens lie about colour. Product images alone should never be your final approval — we courier physical samples and finish swatches before production.
We would rather lose a fast order than a long-term client.
Frequently asked questions
What is your minimum order?
There is no fixed MOQ per category when items ship together. Mixed-container loading lets you combine cabinets, doors, stone and furniture in one shipment, which keeps small whole-home orders economical.
How long does a whole-home order take?
Typical production runs 35–55 days depending on categories and finishes, plus sea freight to your port. Your coordinator confirms a per-project schedule before you pay any deposit.
Can I buy only one category?
Yes. Many clients start with a single category — a kitchen, a stone order — and add categories once they have seen the quality file. The one-stop model is an option, not an obligation.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We have delivered 10,000+ projects across 50+ countries, with regular shipments to the Middle East, Europe, Africa, Southeast Asia and the Americas. If you have a port, we can quote to it.
Do your products carry certifications?
Certifications are category-specific — CE, ISO 9001, cUPC, WRAS and SASO among them. Tell your coordinator which market you are importing into and we will share the relevant certificates before you order.
Can you work from my architect’s drawings?
Yes — that is the normal way we work. Send the floor plan, BOQ or CAD files, and the design team returns space planning, 3D references and an itemised quotation.
